When your order ships, we will send you an email notification with a tracking number for your order status. You can get tracking information within 2 business days.
To track your order please enter your tracking number in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
We’re here to assist you Monday-Friday/10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (CST).
Our order cutoff time is 6:00PM (CST), Monday-Friday, orders placed after 6:00 PM Monday-Friday will be prioritized for processing at 10:00 AM the following day.
Orders after 6:00 PM (CST) on Friday will be processed and shipped next Monday.
Orders will not be processed during Weekends.
Our order processing time is 1-2 business days.
Order Status Terms
Pending — Order received (unpaid)
Processing — Payment received (paid) and stock has been held; order is awaiting fulfillment at the warehouse.
Completed — Order fulfilled and complete – shipment tracking included.
Canceled — Canceled by our CS team or by the customer.
